What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The only reason we would share your information is for insurance purposes, an investigation from which we are required by law and when we bring in a third party contractor to cover work which we are unable to do due to either holiday, sickness, or requires specialised equipment licenses or training.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If All personal information is stored on third-party services who encrypt all data. No credit card data is stored anywhere on our system. All credit card payments are done through third-party services such as Strip, Square up, Xero and Servicem8. We do not and will not store any payment details. All our booking systems are also stored in the cloud so in an even of a device been lost or stolen can be remotely wiped.

In the Event of us being notified of a data breach, we will access the breach ourselves and with the use of third parties to analyse the depth and effect on us and our clients. If action is required we will notify you ASAP and take the appropriate action.

We received data from Xero, Stripe, SquareUp and servicem8, plus our marketing services and google analytics.

None. all information is used and analysed by ourselves only and not via profiling software.
